Pastoral and Safeguarding Support
At St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, the Safeguarding Manager works closely with families to ensure that children receive the full support they need to thrive both in school and at home. The school places great importance on building strong, positive relationships with families so that parents and carers feel involved in their children’s learning and wellbeing.
The school aims to identify any concerns or difficulties at the earliest possible stage and to remove any barriers to learning that may prevent pupils from reaching their full potential. Concerns are addressed promptly, and the school works with families to find the best possible solutions. Practical support, including helping families access assistance from external agencies, is also an important part of the school’s pastoral provision.
